well i couldnt get anyone to come out with me got on here and inc site and no one was interested so i just went alone..  didnt start out so well track opened at 5 and at 5:15 it down poored but they kept the track opened and they got it dried out enough to run by 630 or so.. i had never been to piedmont track so i didnt know the lane situation and quickly found out that the left lane is slightly sloped down at the staging. so i had to hold the clutch gas and brake all at once.. was not fun. but for 15$ i was like w/e..

so anyways.. it was really discouraging every car there was Real Street running 7.5 or better and i only won 1 race the whole night against a srt10 ram... but the kid was a puts and was his birthday present from his daddy.. so i didnt count that.. there was one other import it was a honda civic hatch back all motor k20a swap and it was balls to the wall fast running low 8s/high 7s everytime.. so what did i run? well i ran 9.1-9.2 all night.. i was hopeing to get below that 9 sec but didnt happen.. but i need a retune since im running 10.2 thru the whole rpm range since the install of my alky kit. maybe next time i'll do better.. i only got one run in the right lane all night and was my best time.. looked like this..

it seemed like it took me forever to build boost to get going.. and when i tried to tach it to 2500 and feather the clutch i would just spin bc the track was damp... also i much say piedmont is the ghettoest track i have ever been to and will not be going back.. the announcer was super ghetto carried around a bucket of fried chicken all night snacking away and there appeared to be a dog fight about to happen when i was leaving.. ehh not worth it to me.. it's farmington for now on for me!


edit** i have video of my run against the srt10 but i cant find the updated software for my camcorder for vista! fucking microsoft changing stuff up...
