They have just been released on the market. I am awiating specs and pics but I do have pricing for everyone. if we can get a preorder of 10 of them, we can get them for $275 shipped each. Heres a pic of the 350z radiator:
just send the $275 to paypal@majormods.com and include the 3% fee. Make sure to include in the comments ur name, username and what the payment is for. I will then build a list there. Once we hit 10, the order is placed. Also, if we dont hit 10, ill give the people that paid an option to back out or pay whatever next lowest price we can get!

koyo specs
* Core: 14 1/16" x 27" x 1 7/16"
* Top/Bottom Header: 1 11/16" / 1 11/16" x 28 1/16"
36mm (1 7/16 in) thick, all aluminum core brazed to polished aluminum end tanks for a show quality finish. Koyo uses state of the art Nocolok Brazing Furnace to bond all of the radiator brackets, headers, tubes, and fins, creating high quality "indestructible" radiator. All aluminum end tanks are hand crafted using the latest Heliarc Soldering technique for the most reliable connections, then polished to a mirror finish. Over 60 applications are available for Koyo "Racing" series. All Koyo Racing series radiators have "OE Specification" mounting location for stock mounting without major modifications; however we recommend using aftermarket electric fans for the best results.
* Nocolok Brazing
* OE Mounting Specifications
* Heliarc Soldering (hand crafted)
* Tube and Fin Alignment
* Koyo Mirror Finish

ok, now fractions to decimals

the mishimoto core is .5" thicker and the koyo is a like 2" wider.... thickness matters over length
Offline

Allen

if this is thicker than the koyo, which i think was thicker than stock, does that mean we need slim fans too?
Offline

Jeff

im gonna wait to see the description before i totally answer that BUT if the koyo ran oem fans, then this being only .5" thicker, it should still give plenty of clearance. Slim fans is never a bad idea anyways....
Offline

Allen

oh, i didnt know the koyo was able to use the oem fans.

For N/A the oem fans might work, BUT with this rad you will need slim fans with turbo setup.
Offline

Jeff

yeah on a turbo setup, probably will need slim fans to go with it. I should probably buy one of these to try it out while I build the motor and shit. HMMMM... can we raise our cars to 1.3 instead of 1.1 if we get a new cap and radiator?
Offline

i can personally say that this is top quality shit. also when upgrading this radiator, upgrade the fans too!!!!!!!
those fans flow like a mother fucker.
so major hopefully you can get a group buy on the fans too.

Jon

+1 on slim fans jeff, what can you get them for?!

Jeff, my friend and I will pay after 8 more people have confirmed. the way group buys and stuff have been going I don't really want to tie up $300 without being sure I'm getting something.

Offline

Jeff

whosever posted in the thread, ive gotten no PM's ... suprisingly $75 off the cheapest price of a Koyo and yet no interest. I guess people dont wanna upgrade their cooling systems.

gotta pay to play. i cant pay so i wont play

ok we got 3/10 people needed. Anybody else interested? If it helps, and I can drop it to 5 people required, would more people jump in? Im going to talk to them today!

Jeff

ok talked to mishimoto. we DO NOT need slim fans. If you want fans anyways, then for the 12" they are $75 extra and the 14" are $80 extra. The mounting kit is $15.

Jeff

id recommend it for turbo guys, but n/a guys have NOTHING to worry about

$80 for BOTH fans?
Offline

Jeff

no, that pricing is individual fan and individual mounting kit.
ie. radiator $275 + 2 fans $150 + 2 mounting kits $30 = $455 total assembly
