I just installed a zex wet kit (82021) and had a few questions that i got answered on the forum and figured why not share with other that might be wondering the same thing.
1. when adjusting timing, 2 degrees retarded will pretty much work for up to 100 shot, but 75 is pretty safe on a stock qr25 block.
2. unless you want to spend $1300 on a special box that controls timing and fuel injectors, go to the deal and have them retard your timing for you.
3. the SAFC II does not adjust timing, on fuel leaner or richer
4. The white wire coming from the zex nitrous management unit (NMU) goes to the group of six wires going to your throttle position sensor. white to white.
more to come when i have more questions im sure, thanks a whole lot to Matt "The Pitt" for this good info.

i wanna say my zex kit was the favorite kit ive had yet, between that and the hidden direct port kit.
more info on the zex kit though: black-ground, red-arming switch, white-white on the tb. when gettin the brain box to sense the voltage at wot, you need to do the setup steps with the car in the on position, not running, and place it in first gear. the car must be in a gear because they have a neutral safety switch. this is by far the easiest kit i have ever installed. many people complain about the zex kit, but i can assure you 90% of them never had teh kit themselves, take it from someone whos had multiple kits, like me.
some people also disagree with the timing issue.. but i actually ran the 100 shot on my car with stock timing, not a whole lot but i did, the safc picked up very little off the knock sensor like this. it is definitely safer to retard your timing even if you are only doing a 75 shot.
