don't have much to show you, but here's the driving table behind it.

basically the feature allows me to lock a thread for all the users, and specify people who can still post in it.

this would be useful if you'd like to keep a thread that nobody else can whore up. with updates that you and a select group of people can post in.

please PM me if you'd like to make this happen, any reasonable explanation would do.

ADDITIONALLY, this could be used as a way to create a discussion via a moderator, where there are a few key players, with instructions to PM the players the content which can be reposted by the people allowed to post in the closed thread.
