Would you PLEASE have this removed from the search engine.

We (business owners) are trying to drum up new business for our successful business. While using the search engine to see what contractors would see if the looked us up, the link above was the first one that came up when I used "T o o l i n  H V A C R I ".

Although related to the youth, this sort of posting is very damaging to a healthy, thriving business as well as to the employees and the families that they feed. With business being slow at this time, this could literally put us under. Think about it, hypothetically, if your a++++hole brother messed up and someone posted something, would you like that it negatively effected your dreams and wishes to succeed? We are in the process of spending lots of time and energy to draw new contractors our way. Now it's like an invitation to see the one negative thing about our son when they pull up our name.

Please respond and let me know if there is anything else I could do to convince you to get his mistake (irresponsibility) off the Internet as his father John, a business owner of 20 years, will most definitely suffer the repercussions of this post.

I would like to ask that you TAKE THE TIME to get it removed altogether after you quickly remove the address. I think that "scammer" is slanderous and after talking to my attorney, what Johnny did would not be found by a court of law as scamming as he needed the money and it was sent to him freely (not by criminal force) by 4 or so of your members. He can prove that he was homeless, jobless and living in his car. He has the PayPal records. Money was SENT to him, he didn't rob anyone. He didn't send 3 other people their items until just recently because he didn't have the money when he lost his job. They could have pressed charges but they didn't. They have their stuff now. All is well as far as I know.

Let it be known that we have never behaved this way and we were pissed that Johnny would let the situation go so long without asking for help. He got direction from us and handled the rest.

Please get control of this situation since this is your site and you have allowed and condoned this exhausting behavior.

Johnny's pay-pal shows about 4 or so donations to him in his time of need. It wasn't a scam at all. He never forced anyone to send him money. He did delay the THREE people that bought from him, but once ONE of your members, contacted me I addressed it with Johnny. HE fixed the problem, not me. He WAS homeless, WAS jobless and WAS living in his car when he posted his needs on your site. How did scamming come into this?? Please tell me so that I can understand. I admit, I do not know the whole story.

Our attorney says to contact you and your girl friend directly and to forward him any of the shit that goes across YOUR site along with the search engine result that came up on the screen when I searched squawk xxxx RI. It doesn't matter if the viewer can access the thread or not. The damage is done at that time. Destroying an entire company over slanderous remarks like that can cost you plenty. What makes it slanderous is that he didn't scam anyone. How could anyone say that, how could YOU allow them to say slanderous things over and over without regard to taking charge of your own site even after I asked you to today. You basically told me that you would only remove the address and not the scammer part. Hence, the slander remains.

I sent you a simple request, and it has become a joke. What makes your ass hole members any better than Johnny. At least he had a goal in mind. What is theirs? It seems like they are wasting precious minutes (or hours in some cases) of their day judging people about something they know nothing about. I take it your site isn't that ethical at all. Perhaps it's not about hobbies like I thought, but bullshit that people who don't know each other talk about behind a keyboard and monitor.

I am a great mother who is raising three wonderful children. In Johnny's case he was ready and prepared to "run" to RI. He had done  that before. He got into his car and drove to a friend's house in RI and chilled for a few weeks. In his most recent case, he was overwhelmed by being tied down with a baby and girl friend at 19. This however only lasted for a few months.

How many of your members have NEVER seen their dad because he bailed on their momma when they were infants. Maybe that is why some of them are so judgmental and vicious. He, like most of your members just wants to live a care-free life. But in his case, he can't. He is good with that.

Because of Jason's call to us, we finally got this out of Johnny. He has since sorted things out and discovered the reality of his life and is open to advise from his parents. He asks for it now. He used to think that since he had a grown up life, he had to know what to do at all times, Duh! We still need advise from elders sometimes and we are in our 40's. Ironically, it is because WE raised such capable, independent children that led him to believe that he was on his own for the rest of his life. Stupid, right? He knows better now.

He has grown up. I didn't get him his other job. I am not paying the bills at their house. I do not buy their baby anything except things I WANT her to have here. They are here often but have their own place. Everything is just fine. Wonderful in fact.

What the F****. NOONE knows what goes on here. The kid is drug free, doesn't drink and works his ass off everyday. Their baby girl is well loved, smiles all the time, very smart, swims like a little fish and is well adjusted. I think she is awesome. That's because they are doing a terrific job raising her. With two babies come February, we will be available to him and Becca more than ever. So will her dad. We will do this whenever they need us. That is our grown up world. It's called FAMILY.

I swear to f***********g GOD, that if I had the money that those 4 or so generous people sent Johnny in his time of need,  I would take it and shoove it up the butts of the douches on your site who are free with their random ridiculous comments. I would however get the money in half dollars first. Maybe that would cure their stinking thinking and shut them up for a few minutes.

I appreciate the few who actually thought about my post with an open mind and had the guts to respond publicly in the forum.

What are your rules posted for anyway when YOU, an administrator, are not making sure they are being followed?
