Recalls FTL...and dealerships FTMFL!!!

So i have an '02 spec-v and there is a recall on all ecm's for all '02 sentras and some altimas and stuff...so fine, i take it into the dealership and have them start downloading the patch and about an hour in..the tech comes in and tells me there was a problem...the stealership fucking fried my ecm!!!1 they said its the first time it has happened and its a 1 in a million chance...just my luck...so needless to say, im rockin a white, automatic, '08 sebring...gay. they said they have a new ecm coming in tomorrow and it should be done sometime tomorrow...poop

btw...does anybody know how this reflash will effect my performance with my mods? i jus hope i dont lose anything...more power would be rape tho...

I had my ECM recall done last week and I didn't notice any difference in power. The only thing I did notice is that the car idles a little high when you're cruising and you shift it into neutral.  The needle would go up, near 2K then come back down slowly.

i noticed the same....when idle comes down its higher and smoother and no irratic idle....they didnt say a word about my mods....i think they liked my exhaust
