For people who will reffer to this for an install make sure you use the dark green wire for RPM not the light green. They light green wire is for VTM.

Thats awesome but we ran into last night was there are two green wires for the 04+ model to be plugged into the empty hole a light colored one and a dark one which one is it. we tried to light one but it was getting late so we just left and it wasnt working on rpm on the afc did we not have it in right or is it the other one

My problem was instead of tapping 50 and 51, I tapped 69 and 70! LOL Its easy to fuck it up like that. And I tapped 111 for the tach signal instead of 103. Luckily nothing got fucked up since 69 and 70 are for  the TPS 2 and the AC evaporator. 111 was for ECM Relay (self shut off).

Im surprised my TPS didnt fuck up. And once I got the car out of Limp Mode, The light went out on its own Its fixed now tho.

so did tapping into 111 make the tach work right or did it cause the car to go into failsafe.  or did you switch it back to 103 to make it work and if you did maybee you can answer my question was it the dark green wire or the light green one for the tach

72 is going to bean orange wire with a lavender stripe. thta is the ONLY wire you will cut. The rest you will just tap into to read the signals.

you push it in till like 1/8" is sticking out of the other side or something like that. then you put some tape on the front side and secure it and pop teh ecu back into the slot and hope the wire stayed there. might take a few tries but thats how i did it.
