My name is Heidi. This is my '02 Spec V. I am one of the first to swap the '07 crank in there, the "HQR Swap." It's turbo. It goes fast... vroooom psssshhhh! I also run the car on a standalone. My redline is currently at 7000 rpm, should up it later
Just waiting for cooler temps and then it's hardcore track time!

Well, the best thing about this car is that I have done every modification with the help of my friends. My goal was to create something uncommon in the tuner world and keep it very clean and simple. Its not and EVO, STI, or ST-4 and that is the point. This car is extremely fun to drive and definitely demands a little respect now. Making everything clean, pretty, and functional has always been a goal in modifying this car. I must say that MYSPECV.COM has been quite a bit of help with anything from trouble shooting to ideas for modifications.

curves = fast drivers (with slow OR fast cars)
straight = fast cars (with slow drivers)
I guess you're better off with an IROC Camaro if you just wanna go straight.

Dude seriously... If you have a problem with the cars that are in the voting for the COTQ, then don't say anything at all. Stop stinking it up with nonsense... ugh. Why can't people for once just get props when they're due, and stop complaining about the cars that are being voted on?

Wow, I must've missed the memo that said the only Spec Vs that need recognition are those driven in "corners"... so now it's not about modifications, advancement of the car, etc... but how the owner chooses to drive/race their vehicle...
*Adds another reason to list of why nothing gets accomplished for these cars.
Last quarter it was "only daily driven non race cars should win" and now it's gone to "if you don't road race your car is shitty". Awesome!

There's two separate links... so it depends which one you click... the message above the chatbox and the one below it should always show the poll. However, I think if you try to get to it through "show new posts" or something similar, it goes only to the "thread" portion of it. Something funky with that...

and to those that bitch about how someone drive's the car.... did it ever occur that while ur cutting up the curves, the guy who loves drag racing LAUGHS at u since u cant launch ur car? or how bout the fact that his actually goes FAST, while urs stays at a mediocre speed, cuz its barely quick.
me personally... i like auto-x, road racing, street racing, drag racing.... if u can respect another person's car and their choice of use for that car, GTFO of this thread, and probably the forum. If your that ignorant, truly that dumb, then you cant provide anything useful to anyone here.
