Energy Suspension is interested in make a FULL bushing replacement kit for our cars! This is the #1 mod we can do to our cars to reduce wheel hop and other various issues associated with stock rubber inserts.
Typical kits such as this one pictured here:
Retail for approximately $160.
The price is well worth it in everyway and everyone I know with these products on their cars can attest to their quality.
Here are some details about their Patented Hyper-Flex Technology:
HYPER-FLEX™- OUR FAMOUS Performance POLYURETHANE!
HYPER-FLEX™ is Energy Suspension's unique and technically advanced chemical formulation performance polyurethane. HYPER-FLEX™ has been used on Energy's products that have been awarded 9 U.S. Patents.
Durability is superior to most rubber components that are used for cars, trucks and SUVs. Road salt, oil, and a host of other common under car contaminants will eventually destroy the rubber bushings on your vehicles, not to mention the weight and torque forces that typically compress most rubber permanently!
HYPER-FLEX™ replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently.
HYPER-FLEX™ is offered in a variety of durometers (firmness or softness), depending on the a particular product application. Performance tested and race proven, it's used for all of our products that require a higher level of performance and durability!
We call it "The Cure!"
If you are modifying, building a new vehicle for scratch or restoring an old one, Energy Suspension's HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane should be the "ground zero" focus of your present and next vehicle plans.
PRODUCT BENEFITS
Three Most Valuable Reasons-
for using Energy Suspension ® HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane components instead of rubber components on cars, trucks and SUVs are for: improved PERFORMANCE, greater DURABILITY and that custom APPEARANCE.
Energy Suspension ® is the world's leader in developing and manufacturing performance polyurethane automotive suspension products for: Sport Driving, Transportation, Towing and Racing (on and off-road).
Energy Suspension ® HYPER-FLEX™ performance polyurethane products are available in the following colors: black (for that stock/O.E.M. look) and red (for that high performance & custom look) and additionally Energy's shock boots in several more colors.

If this system is paired with a set of Tein Coilovers, and a sticky set of tires. Our cars would be an autocross force to be reckoned with.
…and yes if you have to ask… once again I am the test car for this product lol.

Obviously there is some demand for specific vehicle components out there that we do not currently manufacture for. Robert has been kind enough to place this poll on the post so that we may have a baseline on where to begin the process of elimination on which parts are hot and which are not.
Please contribute a word or two to help me identify where to start.
Energy Suspension has begun a new Show/Event schedule and will be attending many of the larger shows this year and the years to follow. These shows are for you the consumer to stop by talk about what's what and gives you an opportunity to ask about new products or concerns about existing products, so if you see me at a show please stop by and bs a bit.

thanks for joining! I know on the 00-06 sentra, the motor mount inserts were probably the hottest selling item for that specific chassis. I know on the b16, we have a totally different setup. We are always looking for ways to decrease wheel hop and unless you see the car on a lift, you'll understand the way our bushings/linkage is setup. Its a piss-poor design from nissan. Again, thanks for joining and I hope your able to find a test car to make the sentra community better off!

In some situations it helps to have the bracket and rubber mount assembly off the car so that I can begin the R&D on a project like this, even before a car gets put on the rack.
Does any member have a connection with a dealership or old assembly that I can use to start my research?

Definitely excited about this, MMI's have always been one of the most cost effective mods!
If I can be of any help at all let me know.

I've never replaced bushings before. What type of work is envolved? I'm assuming you would have to dislocated the engine from the mounts?
